When I haven’t eaten, and I feel no need to eat, and my stomach is empty and I feel a little bit weak, I’m calm. I’m in control. I’m at peace. But when I’m full, and when I’m eating for no reason at all, and I don’t want to stop, I feel gross. Unhappy. Stressed and out of control.
